In a fun Friday fashion, I thought, why not share some of our favorite e-cards with all of our readers?! I mean after all, if you’re looking to send someone a hint without being the crabby one, all you have to do is turn to an e-card!!!! Some have already made their debut on Austin Moms Blog Facebook page and some have not, but I’m sure will pop up in the future. Some are mommy related, some are wife related, some are friend related, and some are just completely hilarious and simply, HAVE to be shared!
So here we go! 1st up……….
You know you’re guilty of it… we ALL are! I’ve had to learn that I can’t tell my son “no hitting” with a swat to the leg. Seems a little counterproductive.
This is especially true of new moms, but even veteran moms know how true this is! I can’t tell you how many times as a new mom I would look up and think “oh crap, Wesley will be home in 30 minutes…I need to get out of my PJ’s!”
As a mom to a 2 year old, I RARELY get to sit down and get comfy; however, those few and rare moments typically lead to the above.
This is EXACTLY how I feel about my counterpart, Vanessa… Ha!
This is one of the first e-cards I posted on our Facebook page and my husband immediately sent me a text asking what was up with the Cinderella post… at least he reads our Facebook page, right?
I suffered from a case of the closet blues prior to having a baby… the blues were infinitely worse those few weeks after having a baby and still bite me when I’m in a hurry to look great for something.
This e-card was posted on our Facebook page a couple of weeks ago and received over 100 “likes”… the most “likes” of any post we’ve ever posted in 12 months! Moral of the story: clearly at least 100 people are guilty of the above.
Aye aye aye… you know you ALL have a friend(s) who are 100% guilty of doing this… when I came across this I couldn’t help but chuckle at my friends who do this on a weekly basis.
YES! Enough said.
Pardon the french, peeps! My husband seriously thinks his voice is reminiscent of George Strait and he belts out singing in the house, the car, the shower, in front of friends, family, or anywhere else he deems appropriate. He caters his voice to whomever is singing in the song and he knows literally the chorus and maybe 1-2 words outside of the chorus. So………this is for him 🙂
Ahhhhh….my pre-married self thought this a time or two.
We posted this e-card most recently on our Facebook page… it received lots of likes but not near as many as the drying clothes card. I guess I’m the only one whose ready for fall!
I think this to myself almost on a daily basis with my husband. Sometimes it even works!
Everyone knows my love for wine… so always expect some wine e-cards on our Facebook page.
