We recently celebrated Hudson’s 8th birthday.  It was a bittersweet birthday (well, honestly, aren’t they all?!) as 8 really seems like a big kid to me.  I’m not quite ready for my guy to be growing up, and love that he is still such a momma’s boy, and still has some of those “little” boy characteristics.  

I am really good a capturing moments in photographs, but have been TERRIBLE for Hudson (and Finn’s) entire lives about capturing video moments.

So, when Allison told me about OneDay, and I watched a few of the other clips that Erin, Laura, Kristen, and Loni have posted, I knew that this would be right up my alley!

This free OneDay app is awesome!  It takes less than 5 minutes to make a sweet video.  Bonus: the app gives you question prompts, adds music, and edits the “moments” together to give you a great “memory in a minute”.  I also really like how you can combine as many of the moments as you’d like (ours ended up being about a 5 minute video), or just save individual moments.  (See below!)

The most precious part of all of this was hearing Hudson’s honest, spur of the moment answers.  He made me laugh…and he gave me a tear or two – his honesty was priceless.  I can guarantee that we will use this app time and time again!
