Hey y’all! I am Heather and a not so typical soccer/theatre/football/skateboarding, super chatty mom of 4 busy kiddos. I am married to my incredibly lovable and shy hubby James. We have a daughter Morgan (15) who is our drama loving soccer player, a son Aram (12) who lives and breathes football, another son Elliot (11) who kills it riding skateboards and finally our baby girl Nyxon who is a little over a year old and head cheerleader of the bunch. We also have a big, goofy boxer named Roxy “Roo Roo” and a shih-tzu who thinks she’s 100 lbs. named Sasha.
I am a native Texan originally from Tyler but I have lived in Austin for a little over 20 years. I work full-time outside the home but I would much rather be at home cuddling with my LO or completely embarrassing one of the older ones volunteering at their schools.
I adore all things Austin from the bats to live music, to sitting on a patio on a nice, warm, spring day in February to yelling way too loudly for one of my kiddos from the sidelines to Longhorn football and Willie Nelson. My favorite thing in this city however is my family! There is no greater honor than being known as “(insert one of the four kiddo’s names here) mom” or “James’ wife.” My greatest joy and challenge is being the best darn wife and parent I can possibly be.
In my spare time (LOL!!!) I enjoy a glass of red wine here and there, watching Real Housewives of Wherever, shopping for great deals, trying new foods and restaurants, pedicures and massages.
