School is just around the corner and buying school supplies and back to school clothes is in full swing! If you haven’t already done your clothes shopping or are looking for some current deals and styles, today is for you!

ACTIVE WEAR

My daughter is involved in gymnastics and cheer. I found these adorable activewear pieces by C9 by Champion at Target. They work for both activities and make her look just ultra adorable! The skort, which retails for $12.99, has built in shorts so she’s able to do cartwheels and jumps without worry. The skapris, which retails for $10.49-16.99, is cute for the gym or bouncing around town.  It looks cute with flip flops or tennis shoes. These looks are available in the store or online. And by the way, if you have a Target debit card, you always get free shipping with no minimum amount.

ABERCROMBIE

So I really felt like I hit the jackpot for my son’s back to school clothes. Not only did I not actually have to take him shopping and listen to his incessant griping about “hating shopping” but I received unbelievable discounts. A&F used to NEVER offer free shipping and extra discounts but I’m guessing they finally starting listening to their customers.

My son is tall and super lean which requires him to wear super skinny jeans. For me, it’s hard to find jeans that fit him in the waist and are long enough for him. I bought these A&F jeans for $25 plus an additional 20% off. They were originally $50!!! I ended up getting him four different styles because they fit him so well and the price was too hard to pass up. If you sign up for A&F emails, you will receive special offers almost everyday.

schoolGAP

By far, Gap is my favorite store for both my kids. I bought dresses, tops, skirts, tees, headbands, a backpack and lunchbox all from my couch. Everything was even 35% and free shipping!! Right now, Gap is offering 50% off clearance. Most stuff is summer but I mean we live in Texas where it really doesn’t get cold until January.

SHOES

This year, I definitely took advantage of the Nordstrom Semi-Annual Sale. They have a lot of their fall items like boots, etc. plus a ton of kid’s shoes at a great discount. I was able to get five shoes for less than $200. The bonus about Nordstrom is that if they fall apart, they take them back. I’ve had horrible luck with shoes and my kids’ feet at Target. The cheaper the shoes are, the more likely they won’t last past the first month of school. So I prefer to spend a little more on shoes because they are so hard on them.
