Our New Look + Laura Morsman Photography

Austin Moms Blog has been in dire need of a makeover for months! I mean come on, we’re just typical women and like most women, we get tired of looking at the same wardrobe in our closet. We’ve been super tired looking at the same ‘ole colors and pictures everyday on Austin Moms Blog. So what’s a team to do? BLOG MAKEOVER with Laura Morsman Photography! Not to mention, we’ve had some of our team members for nearly 2 years and have never found the time in our busy schedules  to get a team photo.  So peruse the blog today and take a look at our pages… hopefully you all love the new look as much as we do!

Like all photography sessions there have to be some outtakes, right? We came across this one and just about died… what’ the funniest about this photo is the little girl is Lucy–can you guess her Mommy? If you guessed “the only mom smiling, Lisa C.”, you guessed correctly! Clearly the rest of us don’t like to be photo-bombed by a 3 year old. Lucy, we love you! And Laura, you clearly included this outtake because you saw the humor in it as well.

We teamed up with Laura a few weekends ago, who is unbelievably talented and has a keen eye for detail. She’s stylish both in wardrobe {we appreciate fashion} and with her vision when it comes to a photography session. She has some of the coolest locations to choose from that you’d never knew existed!

For our session, we had 9 moms, 9 pairs of leg warmers from Grace and Lace, 4 babies, 1 dad, and a friend… it was definitely a full house in the woods! Laura was professional, easy to work with, open to our ideas, and above all else, talented!

Laura Morsman Photography is currently holding mini sessions for the holidays and her props, locations, etc., are to die for cute! She’s got fake snow, adorable tree art, a cozy couch that I’m praying we didn’t break during our shoot, trunks, and more!
