Langford MarketAustin Moms Blog has been dreaming about having a Mom’s Night Out event for seriously like a year…maybe even two. And without our Event Manager & Contributor, Kristen Jansen, we would probably still be dreaming! Thank you to all of the fabulous and stylish moms who came out to Langford Market to celebrate our first of MANY events! We loved meeting the Austin moms who make up our readership and can only hope to see your faces {plus new ones} at our next event, which is slated for February by the way.

If you missed our event, honestly, you really missed out. And I know I’m a little partial, but we had so many awesome people, companies, food, and drinks at the event. I definitely didn’t intend on spending money, but with the deals Langford Market was throwing our way, it was impossible not to.

Langford Market: You guys, this is the cutest boutique! Nestled on 2nd street right in the middle of all the action, you will find this boutique. They have fun, flirty, casual, business, night on the town outfits… there is something for everyone! Langford Market is totally shabby chic and there were several pieces of furniture I hoped I could hide under my coat and walk out with. So cute! It is hands down a must shopping experience.

Uncle Julio’s: So I told way too many people about my horrific stomach bug I had leading up to the event so I can’t even lie here…  I did not touch what looked like delicious food. Uncle Julio’s is located on Brazos Street downtown. The restaurant is super duper cute and everyone I have talked to raves about their food! It’s a great spot to check out before a night on the town!

Tiff’s Treats: There was no shortage of cookies thanks to Tiff’s Treats. I’m pretty sure we’ve all tried them, but if you haven’t, order some now!!! They will be delivered warm, I promise.

Fit4Mom: We were lucky to have the owner of Fit4Mom, Melissa at our event mingling with moms and sharing all of the different exercise programs offered. Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, and Body Back are just a few of the classes offered through Fit4Mom.

It’s a Wild World: If you didn’t get the chance to chat with the owner of It’s a Wild World, Duncan, you missed out on the cutest, quirkiest, and most clever little onesies and shirts!

Rodan + Fields: Have you heard of this awesome skincare? I’m sure you’ve seen a friend or two pop up in your newsfeed selling it and wondered what the fuss is all about. What an awesome product! Nicole Binnicker with R+F was at the event giving away mini facials and if you haven’t tried one yet, you MUST!

Darla Makeup:  This mother/daughter entreprenuer team wowed everyone with their amazing vegan and toxic-free makeup and unique business concept.  They’re sure to have staying power in the Austin beauty market!

A big huge thanks to the people and companies who helped with our giveaways and swag bags!
