First of all, I need to tell you that I have been a “Pampers Girl” forever.  When I worked at a daycare, when I was a nanny, for my first child, and the first two years of Finn’s life – I swore by Pampers.  My husband and I knew that we could probably find a cheaper diaper, or be more earth friendly, but we were in love, and didn’t want to break up.

A few weeks ago, a friend of mine who had an online Eco-friendly, non-toxic, baby essentials website was liquidating some inventory.  She had four packages of diapers that she was selling for CHEAP.  I figured that even if they didn’t work as well as my beloved Pampers, we’d give it a go.  It was win-win: save some $$ trying them out, AND they were good for my toddler and the Earth.

YOU GUYS: We are SOLD!  Naty by Nature Baby Care Non-Toxic diapers are the BEST!  Not only do I feel good about putting them on my baby, but they work so. stinking. well.  Finn is two now, so his diaper can get pretty full (TMI?), but we have not had one single leak.  They are really soft, and fit so well!  My mom was visiting from out of town and even commented, asking what type of diapers they were, because they didn’t sag or droop when wet.  I also dig them because they don’t have any characters or color on them – just a nice simple white diaper, with light gray accents.

From their website:

“At Naty we are proud of our products and we are the leading eco nappies brand declaring its ECO ingredients.  Other nappies can claim to be green but still use massive amounts of oil-based plastics. We knew there had to be a better way to make nappies. That’s why we’ve spent many years perfecting our eco nappies by eliminating as much non-biodegradable materials as possible while maintaining performance and comfort. Our eco nappies are completely unbleached, contain no latex, fragrance, or TBT (tributyltin), and are hypo-allergenic.”

My husband was still skeptical, so when we ran out the first time, I went back to our beloved Pampers.  We had a leak every day.  He insisted that I order the Naty diapers immediately.

We are now huge fans, and are willing to pay a bit extra to have a safe, non-toxic diaper THAT WORKS really well for Finn.  This is not a sponsored post, and I wasn’t given anything in return, I just really, really, really love these diapers!  Bonus: I can order them on through my Amazon Prime account and get a bit of a discount and they are delivered to my door within 48 hours.  WINNING!

Bottom Line: Naty by Nature Baby Care Nappies (diapers) are TOTALLY WORTH IT!

Last week we talked about whether cloth diapering is worth it, but since diapers are a BIG part of what us moms have to deal with, disposable diapering only seemed fitting!
