Churches all around Austin host their own Vacation Bible Schools to provide religious education (and fun!) for kids in the area. Some start for kids as young as three and most go up through upper elementary school. Also, there are opportunities for teens to volunteer as guides.
If YOU feel inspired to volunteer, you can often get (free!) childcare for your younger kids just by helping out. A nice perk for volunteering your service and a fun week with kids!
