As part of IDEA’s commitment to local communities in Austin, the Child Nutrition Program (CNP) will be participating in the Texas Department of Agriculture’s (TDA) Seamless Summer Option (SSO).  The SSO was created to ensure that children, especially in low-income areas, can continue to receive nutritious meals during summer.  With this program we are able to provide free breakfast and lunch to all children, 18 years and younger, whether they are IDEA students or those from the community.  No form of identification is required to receive a meal for SSO.

Moms, help us spread the word about SSO in Austin.
