Their famous Mexican Vanilla Ice Cream is the perfect base for your sweet creation. Mexican Vanilla not your jam? Don’t worry they have 350 specialty flavors in rotation. They also carry dairy-free fruit ices and frozen yogurt. This means you’re sure to find something to make your taste buds rejoice.

Everything is made from scratch and they strive to source as many local ingredients as possible. Did I mention you can get their ice cream to go? If you’re lucky you’ll visit on Conenut day where you can get a soft serve ice cream cone and doughnut in one.

Cow Tipping Creamery – This family-run brick and mortar location started out as aanice cream truck. Their focus is on providing unique soft serve creations with fresh ingredients. They strive to provide unique mix-ins and ensure that the ratio of mix-ins to ice cream is just right. This means you get the perfect bite each time. Use caution when viewing their Instagram page as it will cause you to immediately start salivating.

Spun Ice Cream – Want to try some fun science experiment with your kiddo(s)? Head over to Spun Ice Cream! You get to watch as your ingredients become a yummy scoop of ice cream, this means it’s made fresh to order. Their fresh local ingredients help to create small batches ice cream and some of those batches are given an extra kick with a little booze. Their flavors of the day vary but there is something for everyone to enjoy. Don’t like to mix sweets and alcohol? No problem, they also serve craft cocktails, wine, and beer.

Jaki was a mom working in the HR field turned to stay at home mom for two years, turned back to working mom, back to stay at home mom. (Whew!) She now spends her days trying to be the best mother to her daughters, Madi (4/2017) and Gwen (5/2019), while squeezing in relationship time with her husband, Zane. Their 3 rescued pups complete the crazy family. Together they live right on the border of Austin & Pflugerville. She loves Harry Potter, sci-fi, hiking, reading, being a vegan foodie, traveling, learning more about the HR field, figuring out how to homeschool the Montessori way, and writing about her adventures.
