My name is Erin Ruoff, and I’m an Austin-based house wife, fashion
blogger, aspiring baker and a hopeful soon-to-be mommy.I enjoy fashion, home decor, DIY projects, travel, music, photography,
fun food and drink, and other Austin happenings. I wear cowboy boots a lot more than I should seeing as I’m not a cowgirl, but I can’t help it – they are just too cute.
I grew up in San Antonio, graduated from UNT and moved back to do wedding planning in the hill country. Loved the job and my brides but hated the hours so I moved to Austin, joined eHarmony and met my husband three dates later. We have been inseparable ever since. Chris and I got married last October at the gorgeous Stonehouse Villa in Driftwood, Texas. It was a completely elegant, vintage, DIY masterpiece that my mom and I created. Since then I became a housewife in our brand new home and I have a new love of cooking. It might help that I have a gorgeous kitchen to cook in. I’ve pinned hundreds of recipes and now I actually have the time to cook them! We have started our baby-making journey and hope to soon build on our branch
of the family tree.
My personal blog, Hi Lovely is lifestyle + style blog, born in 2013, that focuses on ‘all the lovely things’ in my life. What began as a way to let off steam and try new things turned into one of my favorite projects of all time. And now I’m even more excited to contribute to the AMB team!
